4. Warranties and Liability

• Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective work, as deemed appropriate by us.
  • We are not responsible for:
    Pre-existing damage to your property.
  • Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Secure necessary permits unless otherwise stated in the contract.
• Remove personal items or obstacles that may interfere with our work.

6. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the contract for valid reasons, provided written notice is given.
• If you terminate the contract before completion, you agree to compensate us for work performed up to that point, including materials purchased.
• We reserve the right to terminate services if terms of the contract are not met.

7. Intellectual Property

• All marketing materials, designs, and reports produced by Bronco Contracting Inc remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• You may not use our name, logo, or materials without prior written consent.
